Warranty Guideline
1.1 The complete engine is covered under warranty. Please scan the QR code and complete warranty registration prior to installation.
1.2 The warranty period starts from the date the warranty registration is submitted. (Engines not registered for warranty will not be covered.)
Exemption Clause
2.1 Warranty does not apply to engines that are damaged due to the use of poor-quality antifreeze or tap water causing overheating, corrosion of the coolant system, water pump damage, or cylinder gasket failure.
2.2 Warranty does not apply to damages caused by coolant leakage or reduced coolant levels due to the aging of the cooling system, resulting in engine overheating or cylinder bed damage, is not covered.
2.3 Damage caused by the use of low-quality lubricants or oil filters resulting in abnormal wear is not covered.
2.4 Engine internal damage caused by the use of poor-quality lubricants leading to gum build-up is not covered.
2.5 Premature wear of piston ring and engine oil burning caused by the use of poor-quality air filters or poor quality air intakes are not covered.
2.6 Damage to valve seats caused by poor-quality air filters or poor quality air intakes is not covered.
2.7 Warranty does not apply if the intake manifold is not properly cleaned, leading to foreign objects entering the engine and causing abnormal noise, piston damage, or failure to seal the valve seats.
2.8 Engines powered by natural gas are not covered by the warranty.
